INKA certificates for ISPM 15 countries

All INKA pallets are compliant with the international ISPM 15 standard and they do not require any pre-treatments or IPPC marking for worldwide export. To speed up customs processes, we offer customizable export certificates for download on our website.

After a simple registration log into your account with credentials used in the registration. Select the destination country and fill in the invoice number or shipment number, and the number of INKA pallets. The certificate with your individual data will be generated and provided as a downloadable PDF file.

The generated certificate is a ready to print document. No extra information is required to be filled by hand.

The generated ISPM 15 / IPPC certificates are valid only for the original INKA pallets made of pressed wood. The certificates are always generated with the current date.

Register for the INKA-export certificates

Under our selection you will find only countries whose import regulations are known to us. In case the country of your interest is not found on the list, we recommend to consult the current import regulations regarding wooden packaging with your importer/forwarder.

The certificates for INKA pallets must be filled by the company that sends the shipment (the exporter).  In example, if you sold the INKA pallets to a customer who uses them to send the goods, then the customer must be stated as the exporter on the certificate.

To meet the import regulations for New Zealand or Australia, we also offer the additional certificates after registration: container declaration for New Zealand and Packing declaration for Australia.
