Modern manufacturing and control processes
Inka compressed wood pallets are produced at 5 manufacturing sites

in accordance with the worldwide patented werzalit manufacturing process.
Sorted industrial wood (such as old wooden pallets, wood shavings and saw mill debris) are reduced to chip form and dried. The dried chips are then glued with urea resin and then pressed into shape in specialized steel tools at great pressure and high temperatures. Modern testing machines ensure quality assurance.
TÜV Certificates
Our manufacturing controls bear the prototype technical quality mark (in accordance with EN ISO 9003). This was confirmed by the TÜV Südwest following safety-related inspections.
